At the Accessibility Center Banquet, awards are given to recognize the extraordinary efforts of students with disabilities and those who help make their achievements possible.

2026 STUDENT AWARD RECIPIENTS

This year, scholarships will be awarded to 26 Accessibility Center students who have attended BYU despite daunting challenges. The scholarships were established by generous donors, Keith and Carol Jenkins.

2026 Volunteer Award Recipients

Recognition awards will be given to two student volunteers who have been especially helpful in assisting students with disabilities by performing tasks such as note-taking and reading and scribing for exams.

2026 FACULTY AWARD RECIPIENTS

Recognition awards will also be given to three faculty members who have demonstrated a great level of understanding and advocacy for students with disabilities. In addition to being recognized at the Banquet, these professors will earn the Accessibility Center Good Samaritan Mentored Learning Award for their respective colleges. This award, established by Keith and Carol Jenkins, provides substantial funding to be used for mentored student learning.
